By accessing or using the BibleBlessings application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BibleBlessings is a mobile application that delivers curated Bible blessings and scripture to users once or more per day. The App is intended to provide spiritual encouragement and is not a substitute for personal Bible study, pastoral guidance, or professional counseling.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at bibleblessings@mail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the App without prior written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Use the App to send spam, unsolicited communications, or harass other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to design, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of BibleBlessings or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Scripture quotations are sourced from publicly available translations and are used in accordance with their respective licenses.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer optional paid features or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with the respective platform's refund policy.

8. Notifications

The App may send push notifications to deliver daily blessings and updates. You can manage or disable notifications at any time through your device settings. Standard data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BibleBlessings does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BibleBlessings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App or its content.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, through in-app notices. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the App at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
