How do I enable or disable daily notifications?
Open your device's Settings app, find BibleBlessings in your app list, tap Notifications, and toggle them on or off. You can also adjust notification frequency within the app's Settings screen.
How do I change how many blessings I receive per day?
Inside the app, go to Settings and look for the Delivery Frequency option. You can choose to receive one or more blessings per day according to your preference.
How do I change my Bible translation?
Each blessing card has a translation pill (e.g., KJV) with a small arrow. Tap it to choose from available Bible translations such as KJV, NIV, ESV, and more.
Can I save or favorite a blessing?
Yes! Tap the heart icon on any blessing card to save it to your Favorites. Access your saved blessings anytime from the Favorites tab in the app.
How do I share a blessing?
Tap the share icon on any blessing card. You can share directly to messages, social media, or copy the text to your clipboard.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the platform you used to subscribe:
- iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions and select BibleBlessings.
- Android: Open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions and select BibleBlessings.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
I was charged but I can't access premium features. What do I do?
First, try restoring your purchase: open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, please email us at chikeobi@mail.com with your purchase receipt and we'll make it right.
The app crashed or isn't loading. What should I do?
Try these steps in order:
- Close and reopen the app.
- Restart your device.
- Check for an app update in the App Store or Google Play.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app (your favorites will be restored when you log back in).
If the problem continues, please contact us with your device model and OS version.
How do I delete my account and data?
To request account deletion, email us at chikeobi@mail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
